 Montip was established in 1996 by Gerry Horan. The factory operates in a 4,000 sq ft custom-built workshop in Drangan, Co. Tipperary.
Our Robotics and End of Line Automation Solutions included; packaging solutions, conveyor solutions, robotics, system automation and plant relocation solutions.
Initially the company began working on the rebuilding and upgrading of packaging machinery. During this period Montip worked closely with clients in the food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries among others. We quickly recognised the evolving needs that companies in Ireland had for total system design, and especially robotics.
 Within the past 12 years, Montip has become a trusted partner of many large companies as they modernise and automate their workflows to increase productivity and offer a measureable return on investment by introducing cost saving measures.

When it came to moving our production line to a new facility we engaged the services of Montip. Their knowledge of production line design and set-up meant that we could rely on them to disconnect the old line, upgrade elements of it and have it up and running in our new plant with minimal production downtime or disruption.
